New for 2019:
Dues:
Membership dues is $60, this will cover; your GHIN handicap ($45), awards -
plaques - website ($15)
Prize Money (tournament kiddie):
All members will pay $100 upfront for Prize money awarded for Individual
Events, Club Championship and Madcao Cup tournaments. This will have all
members playing an equal share into the kiddie. It eliminates someone from
paying for all tournaments played while others play/pay less into the kiddie.
This will cover all tournaments throughout the year, except for the last
tournament of the year.
You are welcome if you cannot play in that many Tournaments, but instead of paying
the $100 upfront prize money. You will pay $10 prize money per Tournament plus that
Tournament fees.
Tee Box:
Tee box location for each tournament now be listed on the PAIRING page, it
will be up to the members to know this. Any members playing from the
wrong tee will be penalize 1 stroke for each hole that you played from the
wrong tee and if you tie on placed, you will be automatically be place push
back one spot, then tie breaker will take place.
Individual Events:
Please check the schedule for games descriptions and rules, individual
events games will be pay out at the end of each tournament.
Tie Breaker -
1. Fewest putts
2. Fewest fairways
3. Coin toss
AWARD PRIZES: 1st - , 2nd - , 3rd -
Excluding Club Championship & Madcao Cup, how this will work is. Every time you play
in a Tour. $5 (from the tournament kiddie) goes in the pot for that Tournament times
how ever many players for that day.
Club Championship:
This is now a Sat & Sun, then the final RD 2 weeks later Tournament,
all 3 rds scores will now count. This is still a handicap stroke play.
Although prize money is collected upfront, you must still play in 8 Madcao
Tournaments prior to the Club Championships in order to be eligible to play
in the Club Championship.
This means that you can only miss 4 Tournaments, if you miss more than 4
due to family emergency or unforeseen reason please let me know and I'll
work something out with you.
Tie Breaker -
1. Best handicap round
AWARD PRIZES: 1st - , 2nd - , 3rd - , 4th -
The above percentages will be divided from the left over tournament kiddie.
MADCAO Cup:
All members will get to play for the CUP, as always the more points you
have the better the opportunity you have to win the CUP. So the more
tournaments you play the more points you will have, points will be awarded
per placed from each tournament.
MADCAO Cup indv tournament points -
1st: 500, 2nd: 300, 3rd: 190, 4th: 135, 5th: 110, 6th: 100, 7th: 90, 8th: 85, 9th: 80,
10th: 75, 11th: 70, 12th: 65, 13th: 60, 14th: 57, 15th: 56, 16th: 55
Points standing as of Oct 1st, will be reset to the following below. So at the day of the
Madcao Cup you will start with the following points below depending on your 2013
Indv points standing, after the round we will use the same following points depending
where you placed, added to your starting points and we will have our Cup winner.
MADCAO Cup tournament reset & day points -
1st: 2500, 2nd: 2250, 3rd: 2000, 4th: 1800, 5th: 1600, 6th: 1400, 7th: 1200, 8th: 1000
9th: 800, 10th: 600, 11th: 480, 12th: 460, 13th: 440, 14th: 420, 15th: 400, 16th: 380
Tie Breaker -
1. 3 putts into a drinking cup, 3 putter length.
AWARD PRIZES:
Winner will receive 10% of the tournament kiddie after the Club Champion, plus a free
round next year (under $60, exclude Club C & Madcao Cup).
Fairway, Sand Save, GIR, Putts:
We will be keeping tracks of our Fairways, Sand Save, Putts and GIR, at all
Tournaments. If you want to keep track from the rounds outside of the
Tournaments, just email me your result.

There are a total of 16 events for 2016, the Club/Flight Championship is a
3-day event. All events are held on Saturday and tee times will be around
8am to 11am. Each week's fees include 1) Green Fees 2)Carts. For 2016,
each participant will pay that course's fee for that day, so the rates will be
anywhere between $45 to $80 depends on the course. The rates for each
course will be listed on the Tournament Schedule Page.
